Bob Pinkerton - Founding Member & Manager

With more than 25 years of proven, executive leadership experience, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge in enterprise software, business process reengineering, workflow, document management and network security to Management 3.0. His strong entrepreneurial spirit and marketing instincts have helped to realize shareholder value at a number of successful, technology start-ups including, most recently, Seattle-based Zynchros, Inc., where Bob served as President and COO.  Bob also held key sales, marketing and operational roles with Dun & Bradstreet, Wang Laboratories and a number of venture-backed technology startups including WatchGuard, Motiva, Networx, Saros and Natural Language.

Steve Moore - Founding Member & Manager

Steve Moore was a co-founder of WatchGuard Technologies, which grew into a leading provider of integrated security appliances for small to mid-sized companies. A seasoned and versatile executive, Steve held several positions at WatchGuard, including CEO, Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer, and served as a Director until the company was purchased by a Private Equity group in 2006. Steve also served as Director of Finance of Legent Corporation, a provider of systems software and services following 10 years of service with The Boeing Company. Currently, Steve is a Director and/or Investor at numerous private technology companies including BioPassword, Zynchros, IntellectSpace, Commerce Bridge Company, BMI Inc., and Twenty20 Inc. He is also a Director at the Seattle Aquarium.

Robin Samms - Sales Development Practice Lead

Robin Samms is a veteran business development executive with a spotless track record of identifying and exploiting revenue-based opportunities across a broad range of technology specialties. As the founding VP of Business Development at WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. Robin was instrumental in the development of the company's Managed Security Service offering and for building key relationships with major ISP's including GTE, (Genuity), PSINet, Verio, MCI, (UUNet), IIJ, Qwest and others. He has a broad portfolio of OEM relationships he has built and maintained over the course of his career on behalf of a number of technology companies including HP, Siemens, IBM, Newbridge Networks, Ungermann-Bass, Silicon Graphics and others. Prior to WatchGuard Robin held key sales and sales management positions at Motorola, DEC, Xerox, and Control Data Corporation.

Torsten Kablitz - Technology Practice Lead

Torsten is a veteran IT executive with more than twenty years of leadership experience in software development, architectural design and engineering. Torsten most recently served as the Chief Technical Officer of Zynchros, Inc., where he led the migration of the company's technology base to a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and the transition to an agile development methodology. Prior to Zynchros, Torsten was founder of QEDnet, a technology services firm whose clients included Amazon, the Port of Seattle and Microsoft. His vision and team-leadership skills have served to accelerate product development at a number of well-funded start-ups including Advanced Research Systems and Health Systems Technologies where he was instrumental in the successful design and implementation of a multi-tier enterprise application architecture.
